Reference rates are published at 4:00 p.m. London time. Bitcoin and ether rates are also published at 4:00 p.m. New York time and 4:00 p.m. Hong Kong/Singapore time. Cryptocurrency futures and options are cash-settled to the 4:00 p.m. London time reference rates.
