Ordering Google Analytics Hub Datasets

The Google Analytics Hub Datasets page provides customers with easy access to ordering Reference Data subscriptions, as well as historical market data for each exchange that is part of the CME Group.

On this page, customers can order Market Depth and Block Trades historical information for all exchanges or individually for each exchange (CME, CBOT, NYMEX, or COMEX).

In addition, customers can also order direct access to Reference Data Warehouses for Futures and Options, BrokerTec, and EBS.

  1. To order Google Analytics Hub datasets
  1. Log in to the CME Group Data Services Portal and select Featured Data > Google Analytics Hub Datasets.

  1. Select ORDER NOW for a Reference Data Warehouse or Historical Information subscription.

  1. Select your client profile in the pop-up dialog box to create the order and select Continue.

The order form is displayed. Orders are submitted and tracked using the Orders module (Orders / Order Details/ Order Form).

  1. Review the Welcome section of the order form and select SAVE & CONTINUE.

  1. Complete the Licensee Details section and select SAVE & CONTINUE.

  1. Complete the Company Contacts section. Select ADD CONTACT to create additional contacts types, then select SAVE & CONTINUE.

NoteYou must have at least one Primary, Technical, and Legal contact.

  1. Select ADD MEMBER ACCOUNT to add a Google Member account. The account is required to access the data in Google Cloud via Analytics Hub and Big Query. After adding the account, select SAVE & CONTINUE.

Note: Enter your email address as your member account in the Specify Member Account pop-up.

  1. Select SUBMIT to confirm your subscription.

The order form questionnaire and licensing details are submitted in the Orders system and the BILLING DETAILS page is displayed.

  1. Select Tasks to complete any remaining tasks if needed, then select REVIEW AGREEMENT.

Select each agreement to review if there are multiple license agreements associated with your order.

  1. On the pop-up Review Agreement form, review the licensing agreement, select Click-Through or Docusign to sign and affirm the agreement, then select SUBMIT.

The agreement is submitted to CME Group for data licensing review. You can check the order status using the Orders module. For urgent requests, please contact marketdata@cmegroup.com.

Once reviewed, the order will be marked "Complete" and you'll receive an email confirming access with instructions.The CME Global Account Management (GAM) team will be notified and CME Enterprise Application & System Entitlements (EASE) will entitle the API ID for your application.
