Changing the Contract

  • Selecting a different contract in the drop-down menu after a test is completed does not change the status of that test.

Running a Test

  • For the iLink and Drop Copy test suites, unless the test specifies that you should log on, you should already be logged on and successfully heartbeating (no resend, no test requests) prior to clicking Start Test.
  • If a test is not proceeding to the next step, clicking the Refresh button () below the test steps may resolve the issue.
