Amendments to Expiration Date of the February 2014 Contract Month for the E-mini CNX Nifty Index and E-micro CNX Nifty Index Futures Contracts

Effective Thursday, January 02, 2014, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (CME or Exchange) will amend the expiration date for the February 2014 E-mini CNX Nifty Index Futures and February 2014 E-micro CNX Index Futures contracts from Thursday, February 27, 2014 to Wednesday, February 26, 2014. The amended expiration date will apply exclusively to the February 2014 months of these contracts.

 

The expiration date amendments are a result of the National Stock Exchange’s (NSE) recent announcement that it will change the expiration date for the February 2014 CNX Nifty Index contract to a national holiday in India.
