• Amendments to Spot Month Limit, All Month Accountability Limit for CME U.S. Dollar/Offshore Chinese Renminbi (USD/RMB) and E-Micro U.S. Dollar/Offshore Chinese Renminbi (USD/RMB) Futures Contracts

    • Effective Sunday, December 8, 2013, for trade date Monday, December 9, 2013, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME or Exchange) will increase the spot month limit and all month accountability limit for the U.S. Dollar/Offshore Chinese Renminbi (USD/RMB) and E-Micro U.S. Dollar/Offshore Chinese Renminbi (USD/RMB) futures contracts. The amendments are provided below, with additions underscored and deletions overstruck.
      As such, effective trade date December 9, 2013, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, the amended terms and conditions for these contract will be inserted in the CME Position Limit Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table located in the Interpretations and Special Notices Section of Chapter 5 of the CME Rulebook, as noted below.
