Please be advised that effective Thursday, July 22, 2010, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX”) and the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” and collectively referred to as the “Exchanges”) will implement amendments to the respective Supplements for the Exchanges’ Gold (GC), Platinum (PL), and Palladium (PA) Futures contracts in order to designate Malca-Amit Armored, Inc. as an Approved Carrier for the Exchanges’ Gold, Platinum and Palladium Futures contracts.
The amendments reflecting the addition of Malca-Amit Armored, Inc. as an Approved Carrier are contained in the following Supplements: Supplement No. 4, “Approved Carriers for Gold” of the COMEX Gold Futures contract, Supplement No. 3, “Official List of Approved Carriers for Platinum” of the NYMEX Platinum Futures contract, and Supplement No. 3, “Official List of Approved Carriers for Palladium” of the NYMEX Palladium Futures Contract.
Please view the amendments on pages two through four of this notice with additions to the Supplements underscored and deletions overstruck.
