Please be advised that the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX or Exchange) will extend the previously implemented fee waiver program for environmental futures and option contracts listed below through August 31, 2010. The incentive program, which was set to expire on May 31, 2010, will waive trading and clearing fees for these contracts until August 31, 2010.
