    • Effective July 1, 2010, Dalby Moving & Storage Co., Inc., an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for the storage of copper deliverable against the Exchange’s Copper Futures contract, has submitted to the Exchange the following charges for the handling and storage of Copper at its facility located in Amarillo, TX.  These new rates will become effective on July 1, 2010 and are the maximum amount of fees that will be charged.

      Dalby Moving & Storage Co., Inc., an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for the storage of Copper, has notified the Exchange of its new rate schedule for the storage and handling of Copper.

      Monthly Storage Charge per Short Ton:                                               $7.00

      Handling Inbound per Short Ton:                                                         $0.00

      Handling Outbound per Short Ton:                                                      $26.75

      Bills of Lading:                                                                                    $5.00

      Preparation of Warehouse Receipt:                                                      $0.00

      Replacement of Warehouse Receipt:                                                    $5.00

      Insurance Premiums:                                                                           $0.00

      Blocking and Bracing, Vans, per Short Ton:                                        $4.00

      Side Loading Flatbeds, per Short Ton:                                                $2.50

      Cancellation Charge per Shipment Cancelled:                                    $100.00

      Additional Labor Rate per Man-Hour:                                                   $20.00

      Blocking & Bracing Rail Cars per Short Ton:                                        $4.00   

       

      In accordance with Exchange rules, the new rate schedule will become effective on July 1, 2010.
