    • Special Executive Report SER-5028, issued on October 16, 2009, incorrectly stated the first listed contract month for the products referenced below which are scheduled for trading on the NYMEX trading floor and for submission for clearing through CME ClearPort on Sunday, November 1, 2009 for trade date Monday, November 2, 2009.  

      The first listed contract month for the products referenced below shall be the December 2009 contract month.
