DECOMMISSIONING OF CME CLEARPORT TRADING SYSTEM ON AUGUST 31, 2009

Please be advised that effective Monday, August 31, 2009, the CME ClearPort Trading system (“CPT”) will be decommissioned as part of the CME integration efforts.  As such, on August 31, 2009, all products currently listed on CPT will migrate onto the NYMEX trading floor and will no longer be available for trading on CPT.  The last trade date for products listed on CPT will be Friday, August 28, 2009.  Please note that the existing commodity codes for the contracts currently listed on CPT will not be affected.  Products listed for clearing on CME ClearPort Clearing and for trading on CME Globex will also not be affected.

The trading fees for the 559 products migrating to the NYMEX trading floor on August 31 will be similar to the ClearPort Clearing fees currently in place for these products.  For your convenience, the trading fees are provided below.
