      NOTICE

       

      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ETHANOL REGULARITY

       

      The Exchange has approved the application of Nebraska Energy, LLC for a declaration of ethanol regularity at its Aurora, NE facility. The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 135,000 gallons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 95 shipping certificates.

       

      Nebraska Energy, LLC has designated Prudential Bache as its clearing agent. The warehouse code for the Aurora facility is 5095.

       

      Approval is effective immediately.
