      NOTICE
       
      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR SOYBEAN OIL REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application for Soybean Oil regularity from CHS Inc. at their Creston, IA facility. 
       
      The approved capacity would allow for 13,100,000 pounds of storage, which would allow the firm to issue up to 218 warehouse receipts from this facility. 
       
      CHS Inc. has designated RJ O’Brien as its clearing agent.   The warehouse code for the Creston, IA facility is 2520.
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
       
      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the Soybean Oil regularity during the week of December 23rd, 2013 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
