      RE: Withdrawal of Regularity in Soybean Oil
       
       
       
      Pursuant to Rule 707, the Exchange is hereby providing notice that Bunge North America Inc. (“Bunge”) is withdrawing its regularity for the delivery of Soybean Oil at the firm’s location in Logansport, IN.  There are currently 405 registered receipts at this facility in Soybean Oil. Therefore the following is in effect:
       
      1. Current outstanding receipts will continue to be deliverable through the October delivery period.
       
      1. Holders of outstanding certificates shall be given 30 days from the date of this notice to take load-out of the commodity from Bunge North America Inc.
       
      1. If a holder of an outstanding receipt chooses not to take load out during this period, Bunge must provide the holder with another warehouse receipt at another, mutually acceptable regular warehouse, with adjustments for differences in contract differentials.
       
      1. If a replacement warehouse receipt issued by a regular warehouse at a mutually agreed upon location is unavailable, Bunge must provide the holder with another oil warehouse receipt at a mutually acceptable location.
       
       
      The withdrawal of regularity is effective immediately.
