      RE:     APPROVED APPLICATION FOR REGULARITY IN DISTILLERS’ DRIED GRAIN
       
      The Exchange has approved the application of J.D. Heiskell Holdings, LLC for a declaration of regularity in Distillers’ Dried Grain at Friona, TX.  The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 400 tons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 240 shipping certificates.
       
       J.D. Heiskell Holdings, LLC has designated New Edge LLC as the clearing agent. The warehouse number for this facility is 7025
       
      The Exchange will be allowing the application notices of J.D. Heiskell Holdings, LLC for their Pixley, CA and Bliss, ID locations to expire at this time.
       
       
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
