SUBJECT:   APPLICATIONS FOR ALUMINUM REGULARITY

Notice is hereby given that the firms listed below have applied for regularity for aluminum, deliverable against the COMEX Aluminum futures contract.  Pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, the COMEX Aluminum futures contract will be listed on the Exchange effective trade date May 5, 2014.
