      Arizona Commodity Storage, Inc.,a COMEX Licensed Warehouse for the storage and withdrawal of copper deliverable against the Exchange’s Copper futures contract, will implement new rates in connection with the storage and withdrawal of copper at its facility located in Park City, Utah. The new rates, presented below, reflect the maximum amount of fees that can be charged.
       
      In accordance with Exchange rules, the new rate schedule will become effective on May 1, 2014.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the rate change during the week of May 5, 2014 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
