    • This Advisory Notice supersedes CME & CBOT Market Regulation Advisory Notice RA1501-3 from January 6, 2015.  It is being issued to notify the marketplace that pending all relevant regulatory review periods, minor changes have been made to section 11.  The substance of the wording remains the same but references to “affiliated parties” have been replaced with “different accounts with common beneficial ownership”.  The changes have been made to align with the wording set forth in the current Market Regulation Advisory Notice on Rule 534 (“Wash Trades Prohibited”).
