Effective Monday, October 4, 2010, Enterprise Reporting Portal (EREP) will be available via the CME Group Portal. EREP is a new browser-based tool for firm users to search, view, and print or download CME Group pre-processed reports. EREP will replace legacy mainframe reporting systems Infopac and web-based Document Direct by Q1 2011.  To ensure a seamless transition and enable an extended user acceptance period, Infopac and Document Direct will remain available to enable parallel report comparisons until report migration is complete in Q1 2011.

Firms are encouraged to access EREP to review select groups of reports to gain familiarity with the new reporting tool, validate reports, and provide feedback. EREP retains standard functionality as available within the legacy systems, but also provides new features which include, but are not limited to:

·         Single Sign-on via the CME Group Portal

·         Enhanced search options to target search results

·         Customizable search results via paginated grid, sorting, and improved navigation features.

·         Report groupings per individual user roles (ex: Firm Clearing Operations, Firm Delivery Operations, Firm Risk, etc).

Please access the EREP User Guide for details on system features. Formal training sessions are currently planned for Q1 2011 as EREP nears final production cutover and Infopac decommission.
