The parent company, China Galaxy Securities, was initiated by China Galaxy Financial Holdings, with Central Huijin Investment Ltd. as the actual controller. It is listed on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange, serving over 16 million customers and managing assets exceeding 4 trillion yuan. It has become the Chinese securities firm with the most domestic branches and the widest network in Asia.
