SUBJECT: Republic Metals Corporation Gold and Silver Brands
Effective Wednesday, December 12, 2018 6:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) (the “Effective Time”), Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) suspended eligibility of the Republic Metals Corporation gold and silver brands (“RMCO”) for delivery against the Exchange’s three (3) futures contracts in the table below (the “Contracts”). Therefore, RMCO produced after the Effective Time shall not be eligible for delivery against the Contracts.

Registered (warranted) and eligible (unwarranted) RMCO gold and silver produced before the Effective Time shall continue to be eligible for delivery against the Contracts.
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) will be notified of the aforementioned via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC’s Regulations.
