CME Group has partnered with Symphony, a best-in-class real-time communication provider, to bring their solution to CME Group's portfoilo of front-end trading applications.
Be advised that the current CME Chat solution will be decommissioned and client access will be permanently disabled on March 31.
In the coming months, additional communication will be provided with details and actions required for clients choosing to transition to Symphony's communication platform.
