CME Amsterdam B.V. is regulated by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets. It is authorized to operate multilateral trading facilities ("MTFs") and is the provider of the dealing services on which on-MTF FX Swaps and FX Forwards and are traded by customers in accordance with the EBS MTF Rulebook.

NEX SEF Limited is registered as a Swap Execution Facility ("SEF") with the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission and as an MTF with the UK Financial Conduct Authority, and is the provider of the dealing service for NDFs and other products indicated as being SEF currency pairs. The trading of SEF currency pairs by customers is subject to the NEX SEF Rulebook.

EBS Service Company Limited ("EBSSC") provides the dealing service on which off-SEF NDFs, off-SEF NDS, off-MTF/SEF FX Swaps, off-MTF/SEF FX Forwards, Spot FX and Spot Metals are traded by customers in accordance with the EBS Dealing Rules.

On the eFix Matching service: The products GOLD FIX 10:30 London, GOLD FIX 15:00 London and SILVER FIX 12:00 London are not offered, authorised or licensed by ICE Benchmark Administration Limited ("IBA"), and none of the pricing information from those products appears on the eFix Matching service. EBSSC has not licensed those products or data underlying those products from IBA. Customers using the eFix Matching service may require a licence from IBA in order to access the pricing data for those products.

On the eFix Matching service: The product USD/RUB 09:30 GMT is not offered, authorised or licensed by Moscow Exchange ("MOEX"), and none of the pricing information from that product appears on the eFix Matching service. EBSSC has not licensed that product or data underlying that product from MOEX. Customers using the eFix Matching service may require a licence from MOEX in order to access the pricing data for that product.
