Block Trades
Privately negotiate a trade with an eligible counterparty and execute a large transaction at a reasonable single price with block trades.
Block trades are executed apart from the public auction market and posted for the public.
Log in to receive block alerts notifications via email or push notifications on your phone.
Submitting a Block Trade
You can submit block trades to the CME Global Command Center (GCC) at facdesk@cmegroup.com if:
- Your accounts are registered in CME Direct or CME ClearPort
- Credit limits are established and you have appropriate product permissions
- All brokers that execute on your behalf are enabled with access to your account(s)
