What does work-life balance look like for you at CME Group?
I had previous roles in other companies where I experienced burnout and the push to work continuously over long days. My experience at CME Group has been vastly different. I am encouraged to try and make my day fit within the boundaries of my timezone. The 'work smarter, not harder' philosophy is really practiced here.
What kinds of learning opportunities have you been involved with during your time at CME Group? How does your team prioritize learning and development?
My learning and career development has only been encouraged throughout my time with CME Group. I am empowered to build my skill sets and drive my future. In addition to technical training, I've had the ability to avail myself of mentoring and leadership development programs.
