New FirmSoft

An updated version of FirmSoft, the risk management application you know, is now available. The update offers an easy-to-navigate layout and mobile functionality that allows you to make time-sensitive changes on the go.

Enhanced Features

Combined View

A new side-by-side view allows you to see your cancellation history in the same view as your, eliminating the confusion as you switch back and forth between views. Get all the information you need, including orders, cancellation, fills, mass quote cancels, and aggregate fills, all on one screen. 

Customization

Filter your FirmSoft view to show only the functions you use and need. Customize your home screen with your most-used functions including orders, fills, mass quote cancel, aggregate fills, cancellation history and nightly reports.

Mobile Access

FirmSoft is now available from your mobile device, allowing you to make time-sensitive changes while you are on-the-go. You no longer have to rush back to your desk to access FirmSoft for an urgent cancellation or order change.

Search Enhancements

Our new search function allows you to search and cancel by Market Segment Gateway ID, making it easier for you to quickly and easily find and cancel orders. You can also save your searches to make it easy to come back to results.
